Why join Madison PTSA??? A PTSA membership carries with it a voting voice on important issues facing the PTSA. All parents, faculty and students are encouraged to provide feedback on the questions being raised, but organization rules require that those voting on these decisions be active members of the schools PTSA organization. City, State and Federal PTSA organizations also provide to us resource materials, legal assistance, and necessary insurance benefits and the stronger our membership, the stronger our presence within these groups. Another important reason to join is that every study ever conducted on the relationship between student performance and parent involvement in education shows that when parents are involved in education, student academic performance improves. It is our goal to have 100% participation by making membership available to anyone wishing to join.
